What is your Return Policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your FarmMade Farmers Guaranteed purchase, send it back within 14 days and we will issue a replacement or exchange. We would appreciate knowing the reasons why, as we are continually striving to offer the very best products. We value your feedback.

Do I pay for return shipping?
Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

What is the return/exchange timeline?
NOTIFY FarmMade within 7 days of your product return/exchange. Tell us the reasons why.
SHIP product within 14 days.
CONFIRMATION will be given once the product makes it back to our farm.
RECEIVE your replacement in a timely manner.
Here is where you can practice the patience of a farmer, knowing it might take up to two weeks or possibly longer depending on product availability.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Please email immediately and we will gladly cancel any existing orders or adjust the contents to reflect your new preferences. Once an order is shipped it then becomes a return/exchange matter. Refer to orders/shipping for shipping schedule.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email when the order is processed, and another email when the order is shipped.

How long does it take for my package to ship?
Orders received Thursday-Sunday ship on Monday. Orders received Monday-Wednesday ship on Thursday.

How long is shipping time?
Shipping times depend on the method selected.

Do you ship Internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time. International shipping coming soon!

An item is out of stock! Do you have a wait-list for farm products?
YES. Because, farmers live at the intersection of changing seasons and farm chores, there just might be a shortage of whatever raw materials they are growing, raising or foraging for in order to make you their authentic handmade farm product. Do not worry! Every farm product will eventually be back in stock as sure as the sun shines every day and the farmer is farming. On any product page that is “out of stock”, there will be a “wait list product option box.” PLEASE fill it out and we will send the roosters crowing to notify you when it is back in stock again. You’ll be the first to know.

Do you accept gift cards?
Yes, if the gift card is backed by an account from one of the accepted credit companies listed above.

Can I pay with PayPal or AmazonPay?
Yes, you can currently pay with PayPal. AmazonPay is not currently available, but may be added in the future.

Where do I enter a “coupon code?”
There is a box at checkout that say “coupon code” and you enter it there.
